Return and Replacement Policy
At Mayfair Porter, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review the following terms regarding returns, replacements, and non-returnable items.
RETURNS
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you are not completely satisfied. However, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, components, and tags.

Items must show no signs of misuse, wear, or damage unrelated to shipping or manufacturing.

For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If your return is accepted, you will receive official confirmation during this time.
We reserve the right to decline returns if we believe the item has been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.

📦 All returns must be sent to our central warehouse located in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If your item meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow the steps below:

In your email, please include the following details:

The reason for return

A clear photo of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Your full name and shipping address
⚠️ Please do not return the item to the sender address.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
📦 All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
🚫 Please note that we do not offer free returns.
INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE RECEIVED
If you have received the wrong item or incorrect size, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
You are eligible for one of the following resolutions:

A free replacement (shipped at no additional cost), or
-
A full refund upon return of the incorrect item.

Our team will respond promptly to assist you and ensure the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering, prior to processing.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
